The first published version of every SDK and the CLI is 1.0.0 (decision of 2026-10-26), not 0.1.0. This moves every place that carries the version: manifest, in-code
Version/VERSIONconstant (hence the User-Agent), lockfile and README install snippets.Nothing is tagged, released or published by this PR; the tag and the publication stay manual (API-018).
