Release cf-integration 0.6.0 with official MCP conformance 0.2.0-alpha.12 and the matching fixture source revision.

• Pin the runner and TypeScript fixture to npm release revision f44482ba17df816d3176962a11cdf36aec9bda00. Fetch that exact revision before checkout.
• Retain the existing fixture era and container-host patches. Verify the unchanged dated-protocol catalogs against the published CLI: 33 legacy and 40 modern scenarios.
• Refresh the eight packaged baselines. The updated modern fixture removes seven streamed-tool wire-schema failures.
• Update the package version, lockfile, pin assertions, and dated changelog together.

Validation:

CI run passes for commit f2c994ff7665959763ababfb6822bd64122ffbf1. Live conformance uses control-plane commit 35c938cf51beb30dd8f9ce60676010e809c09c20 and published dataplane image digest sha256:dfd9fbb8109802d130ec1ebf128bd558c2ce6fb23dde4359670e3b833b909b0f.

• All CI checks pass on Linux, macOS, and Windows, including amd64 and arm64 image builds and smoke checks.
• 431 Rust tests and 24 FYRE tests pass. Formatting, Clippy, and package verification pass.
• Strict modern-client runs against legacy and modern fixtures pass through fixture-direct, built-in, and external lanes, including scoped external-client checks. All eight baseline comparisons have zero unexpected and zero stale findings.
• The installed 0.6.0 CLI and release archive contain the current runner pins and all eight refreshed baselines. Lazy runtime-state checks pass.
• Legacy-client checks pass against both fixture eras after recording the new timeout finding in a temporary validation baseline.

The upstream runner now bounds server scenarios at 30 seconds. The built-in gateway's legacy SSE-polling scenario produces a new scenario-timeout finding. Caller-owned legacy baselines need regeneration when adopting this runner. This release records that behavior in the changelog.

The existing release workflow publishes the crate, checksum-verified binaries, and multi-platform harness images. Control-plane CI PR IBM/mcp-context-forge#7235 remains unchanged.

Publication awaits the approving review required by branch protection. Auto-merge is disabled in this repository.
