The server supports
NOOPsystem tasks, but the SDK had noTaskType.NOOPand no builder, so users had to hand-write the task. This addsTaskType.NOOP, aNoopTaskDeftype (included inTaskDefTypes), and anoopTask(taskReferenceName, optional?)builder exported frombuilders/tasks.Testing: added three factory tests (default output,
