ENG-41048. The Android, iOS and Flutter samples passed the uid to muteParticipant, pauseParticipantVideo and pinParticipant, which matches nobody. The Android pin samples also passed the pid as the type. They now pass the pid, with human as the type.

Draft on purpose: Participant.pid isn't in the released iOS and Flutter SDKs yet, and pin does nothing until the bridge fix ships. Merge with the Calls SDK release that carries the two calls-core PRs.

Based on docs/ringing-flow because #586 edits the same pages. Retarget to main once #586 merges. The Flutter custom list samples still use participant.isPinned, which isn't on the model; that's tracked separately.

Checked: no sample passes a UID to these actions any more, and mint broken-links reports only the existing CONTRIBUTING.md result (run with the ENG-40958 parse fix applied temporarily).

muteParticipant, pauseParticipantVideo and pinParticipant take the participant's
ID in the call. The samples passed the uid, which matches nobody, and the
Android pin samples passed the pid as the type.
