Overview
Bumps the Cohere Python SDK to 7.2.0 via Fern (generator 5.29.3) and refreshes poetry.lock transitive dependencies.

HTTP client behavior now treats endpoints with optional request bodies correctly: when the caller omits all body fields, requests are sent without a body and without Content-Type, via new optional_body handling in get_request_body and drop_content_type_without_body. HttpResponse / streaming wrappers expose the underlying httpx.Response through a new response property.

Client metadata updates User-Agent / X-Fern-SDK-Version to 7.2.0. Doc examples for AsyncClient.chat_stream and generate_stream no longer incorrectly await the stream call before iterating.

The PR description notes unresolved Fern replay conflicts in pyproject.toml and client_wrapper.py against prior patches (#778 empty embed, #795 empty api_key)—those need manual merge before merge if customizations must stay.
