When adding code-server:2 feature dind does not work anymore

I would like to use code-server in my devcontainers, but I also use dind. When I add the features:

• ghcr.io/devcontainers/features/docker-in-docker:4.1.1
• ghcr.io/coder/devcontainer-features/code-server:2

docker run hello-world results in:

failed to connect to the docker API at unix:///var/run/docker.sock; check if the path is correct and if the daemon is running: dial unix /var/run/docker.sock: connect: no such file or directory

When I remove code-server:2 docker run hello-world results in:

Hello from Docker!
