Hint at automatic cleanup in the blocklist and username statistics views (#214) - #17

The blocked IPs (database) list now says whether expired blocks are
deleted automatically ("Prune old attempts") and links to the settings.
The log view explains that the log file is rotated at 5 MB and where the
previous generation is kept.

Follow-up to the manual failed login cleanup for codeling/bfstop#214: the other views showing data that the plugin deletes automatically now say so, like the failed login list does.

The limit is fixed, so there is no setting to link to.README.mdnote.The log view hint that was originally part of this PR was dropped when merging main: #16 added its own (with configurable retention), which supersedes it.
