Summary

• The Devino partener invitation moves from About to the bottom of Contact, with the button Completează formularul.
• The new form records the organization, contact, collaboration intent, and the ANITP personal-data consent.
• Responses appear in an admin moderation tab.

Test plan

• Open /ro/contact and follow Completează formularul.
• Submit the form and confirm the response in admin under Intenții de parteneriat.
• php artisan test --compact tests/Feature/PartnershipIntentTest.php
