README's Phase 3 note, the table's lede and the fetch notes match main: HTTP, DNS, fetch, DER and PKCS#1 at tier 2, the kernel join, redirects and cookies in clazel fetch. phase-3.md's 3.6 to 3.9 rows and ROADMAP's status line updated; the 3.5 rows are left to #34. cargo xtask reportnow counts the network shell (crates/clazel-net/src, 1805 lines today) the way it counts the host shell, as footnote ⁷ of the README table. There's no limit because the plan sets none. CI'stablejob will write the footnote. The table isn't regenerated here (CLAUDE.md).fetchnotes now matchmain: redirects and cookies,http://only, TLS on open PRs.docs/phases/phase-3.md: the 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9 status rows. 3.8 records the socket runs: http-state 195 pass / 27 xfail / 0 fail of 222, and WPTcookies/157 / 10 / 0 of 167 (run locally 2026-10-29). The 3.5 rows are untouched because TLS 1.3, libcrux crypto, CertificateVerify, P-384 and from_unix_seconds (3.5) #34 rewrites them.docs/ROADMAP.md: Phase 3 status line.Still for when TLS lands: the
