Summary
Correct the AI invocation guidance in Rocky AI, automatic repair, and the customer Agentic Check migration guide. A customer AI Assistant conversation now uses one invocation when its first run starts. Later turns in that conversation do not use another; saved-check intent inference remains outside the shared invocation count.

Monorepo #4425 merged on October 1 and added conversation charges to the shared AI invocation allowance.
