Document Agentic Check migration before December 1 shutdown

Summary

• Add a customer-facing migration guide for replacing deprecated Agentic Checks before runs stop on December 1, 2026.
• Document the AI Assistant's broader check creation scope: Browser, Multistep, API, and monitor types. The migration guide recommends Browser or Multistep Checks because Checkly-managed automatic repair can edit those scripts.
• Document check intent, automatic repair, the GitHub-linked repair path, and intent initialization for existing Browser and Multistep Checks.
• Link the guide from legacy Agentic Check pages and add the new pages to navigation.
• Clarify Resolve AI invocation usage: root cause analysis and repair count; AI Assistant conversations and saved-check intent inference currently do not.
