ci: the audit checks the packages installations get, not the CI tools - #180

Conversation
pip-audit audited the whole CI environment, so on Python 3.10 it failed on filelock 4.1.0, a dependency of pip-audit itself: six CVEs published on 2026-10-23 are fixed only in filelock 4.2.1, which needs Python 3.11. No installation gets filelock. The step now audits conf/requirements.txt and conf/requirements-ldap.txt, resolved for the leg's Python, which is what the audit is for.

Since #178 and #179 were merged, master's Python 3.10 leg has been red in the "Audit Installed Packages" step.
Why it failed
pip-auditaudited the whole CI environment, and found 6 CVEs published on 2026-10-23 infilelock 4.1.0:filelockis not a dependency of WebVirtCloud. It comes frompip-audititself (pip-audit→CacheControl[filecache]→filelock), so no installation gets it.filelock 4.2.1, which requires Python ≥ 3.11. On 3.10, 4.1.0 is the newest version that installs, so this leg cannot clear the finding. The fix
The step now runs
pip-audit -r conf/requirements.txt -r conf/requirements-ldap.txt. That audits what installations get, resolved for the leg's Python, which is what the audit is for. Locally it takes about 13 s and finds no known vulnerabilities inconf/requirements.txt.Python 3.10 reached its end of life this month. Whether to drop it is a separate decision, because Ubuntu 22.04 still ships it.
