Update tor browser (expert bundle) to 15.0.25 Update checksums
macOS ships bash 3.2, where expanding an empty array with "${a[@]}" under
set -o nounset fails with "unbound variable". create_key and sign_as hit this
whenever no faked system time is given. Use the guarded expansion
${a[@]+"${a[@]}"}, which works in every bash version.
The prerequisites in readme.MD named only mvn -Pcheck-pgp-signatures, which fails with "No goals have been specified". Use the full command mvn -N -Pcheck-pgp-signatures verify, as in the update steps and CI, also in the verification specification.
The self-test hard-coded the Tor Browser version for its fixture bundle names, and the value had to be bumped by hand on every update. Read it from the root POM instead, and stop with an error when exactly one version cannot be read. The readme notes that the self-test needs no change for a version update.
