PR을 여는 사람도 목록에 있으면 자기 자신이 리뷰어로 지정되는데, hkusu/review-assign-action이 작성자를 알아서 제외합니다. 기존 팀원 배정 동작은 그대로입니다.

🔀 Edge Case & 실패 시나리오

• xeoxxn이 PR 작성자인 경우 → 액션이 작성자를 제외하므로 나머지 4명만 지정됩니다.
• 워크플로우는 opened/ready_for_review에만 동작하므로 이미 열려 있는 PR에는 소급 적용되지 않습니다.
