주석처럼 이미 기록이 있는 약관은 새 행을 만들지 않고 현재 버전으로 덮어쓰게되는 경우, 동의 시각도 같이 덮어씌워져 최초 약관 동의 시각에 오류가 생길 수 있을 것 같습니다. termVersion이 동일한 경우에는 update를 스킵하는 로직을 두면 어떨까요?

이 메서드 내부에서 결국 private으로 선언한 isSignedUp(Member member)를 호출하는 것으로 보이는데, 이렇게 메서드를 2개로 나누어 구분한 이유가 궁금합니다! 외부에서 member를 직접 넘겨주지 않고 id만 넘기는 형식으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는걸까요?

public 메서드는 회원 id만 받는 외부 진입점입니다. private 메서드는 signUp에서 이미 조회한 Member를 재사용해서 validateNotSignedUp이 회원을 한 번 더 조회하지 않게 하려고 둔 걸 의도했습니다~

termsAgreementRequired가 항상true였고, 학생회 연락용 전화번호도 받을 곳이 없었습니다.⭐ 어떻게 해결했나요?
전화번호 있음 && 필수 약관 모두 동의로 매번 판단합니다(MemberService.isSignedUp). 가입 화면에서 이탈한 회원과 이관 회원도 같은 규칙으로 다시 가입 화면을 봅니다.MemberService.signUp한 트랜잭션으로 묶습니다. 필수 약관에 동의하지 않으면 전화번호 저장도 롤백됩니다. 둘 다 member 도메인이라 UseCase 없이 컨트롤러가 서비스를 직접 부릅니다.MemberSignUpCommand에서 하이픈을 지우고 숫자만 저장합니다. 활성 회원끼리는 중복을 막습니다(active_phone_numbergenerated column + 유니크, 학번과 같은 방식).TermType에 현재 버전(v1)을 두고 동의 기록에 함께 남깁니다. 필수 여부는TermType.required()가 정하므로 요청 DTO에서는 동의 값을 강제하지 않고 도메인에서 한 번만 검증합니다.HttpMessageNotReadableException처리: 약관 목록의termType에 없는 값이 오면 지금까지는 500이었습니다.GlobalExceptionHandler에서 400INVALID_INPUT으로 응답하게 했습니다. 응답 메시지는 고정 문구이고, 파서 메시지는 로그에만 남깁니다.validate~private 메서드로 분리했습니다.🧩 이 PR의 한계 & 트레이드오프
