What/Why?

Asks one optional question after a successful catalyst deploy. Part of a stack that lets Storefront Hosting users send feedback from the CLI. Stacked under #3264.

• Runs in a postAction hook (hooks/survey.ts), only after deploy succeeds.
• Shows at most once every 90 days on each machine (survey.lastShownAt in the user config). The date is saved before the first question, so a skip, Ctrl+C, or a failed send also counts.
• Never shows in CI, without a TTY, with the new global --no-hints option, or when CATALYST_NO_HINTS is set.
• Sends only the score, the comment, the CLI version, and the command name (source catalyst-cli-survey).
• Cannot fail or block the command: all errors are caught, each prompt closes after 2 minutes, and the request stops after 5 seconds.
• lib/prompt-context.ts holds helpers that LTRAC-2163: feat(cli) - Offer to send an error report after a CLI crash #3264 also uses (opt-outs, credential lookup, quiet prompt errors, timeouts).

The feedback endpoint does not accept CLI tokens yet. A backend change for this is in progress.

Testing

• pnpm lint, pnpm typecheck, and pnpm test pass (876 tests).
• catalyst deploy --help shows the global --no-hints option.
• End to end (after the backend change): remove survey.lastShownAt from the user config, run catalyst deploy in a terminal, and answer the survey.
