Changes

This restores the hand-written options on Auth0::Management that the latest SDK update dropped, and keeps the tenant_domain option from that update.

• timeout, headers, and max_retries are optional keyword arguments again. max_retries now defaults to 2, which matches the default already used by the HTTP client, so existing calls behave the same.
• tenant_domain still builds the base URL when base_url is not set.
• The require_relative "auth_client" at the end of lib/auth0/client.rb is restored.

Only lib/auth0/client.rb changes in this PR.

Checked the constructor option combinations locally. Unit and wire test coverage for these options is not added in this PR.
