• charts/api7: chart 3.10.10 -> 3.10.11, appVersion and image tags v3.10.8.
• charts/gateway: chart 3.10.15 -> 3.10.16, appVersion and image tag 3.10.8.
• openapiToMcp.image.tag: 1.0.5 -> 1.0.6, the version pinned by 3.10.8 (OPENAPI_TO_MCP_VERSION) and shipped in its offline package.
• READMEs regenerated with helm-docs v1.13.1 (go install build).

No structural sync: control-plane/helm/ is unchanged between v3.10.7 and v3.10.8. The gateway's config-default.yaml adds shared dicts (plugin-saml-auth-replay, upstream-slow-start, and the standalone-mode standalone-config / standalone-status / status-report) and deployment.admin.admin_key_required. None needs a chart value: the rendered config.yaml passed apisix init in the 3.10.8 gateway image, and the generated nginx.conf declares plugin-saml-auth-replay and upstream-slow-start from the image defaults.
