During the test the uwsgi protocol (PATH_INFO) returns the path, which on Linux < 4096 bytes, unfortunately on Windows due to the way in which path is used, the value > 4096. Setting the read buffer to 8192 on Windows should be more than enough. As this is a test and not production code this having a "magic" number instead of reading chunks into a buffer is absolutely fine.
