What and why
States and records that the kit needs GitHub and
gh2.0 or later. Claims are pure git, butstatus.sh,snapshot.sh,where.shandpublish-lane.shaskghwhich pull requests exist, because task branches are deleted on merge and only the merged pull request keeps the record of what is done. ADR-012 assumes that for now and plans a forge-agnostic version for later. How to review
docs/decisions/ADR-012-github-only.md. The part to check is the Consequences: the seam for a laterforge.shis four questions put to the forge (a branch's pull request and state, its labels and files, opening a draft, adding a label).docs/zensical-siteand needs the same sentence once it lands. No code changes, no adapter. How to try it
Read the ADR and the README's Getting started paragraph. Nothing runs differently.
Does it earn its place?
It adds no rule. It records why an existing requirement stays, and what would have to move to lift it. Recorded in CHANGELOG.md.
