feat: write lane logs beside the worktrees, not in the checkout - #46

Logs go to .logs/ in the worktree root (../lanes/<repo>/.logs/ by default), outside every repository. Nothing needs ignoring any more, so install-routing.sh stops editing .gitignore, and a log survives the removal of its lane's worktree. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What and why
Lane session logs move from `.lanes/logs/` in the checkout to `.logs/` in the worktree root, so `../lanes//.logs/.log` by default. They now live outside every repository: nothing needs ignoring, and a log survives `git worktree remove` when a lane is stopped, which is when it is most wanted.
Because of that, `install-routing.sh` no longer edits `.gitignore` (added in #42, now unnecessary) and its three tests are removed.
How to review
How to try it
Run a lane with no `--log-dir` and see `../lanes//.logs/.log` appear, with `git status` in the checkout clean. The new test `test_logs_go_beside_the_worktrees_by_default` does this.
Does it earn its place?
It removes a rule (the `.gitignore` edit) instead of adding one. The change is visible to people who already ran lanes: their old `.lanes/` directory is no longer written to or read by `follow.sh`; it can be deleted. Recorded in CHANGELOG.md.
