What

Update the starter, single-file preview, and browser fixtures to data-app 0.74.0, with regenerated lockfiles. Adapt integration assertions for hidden refresh labels, widget boundaries, and wrapped mobile actions.

Why

Keep generated and upgraded apps on the current tested data-app release, aligned with the backend bundler and Worker.

Checklist

  • Tests added or updated
  • CHANGELOG.md updated
  • No breaking CLI changes

This moves generated apps, upgrades, and single-file previews to the published 0.74.0 packages, with synchronized frozen lockfiles. The browser assertion changes match the updated UI behavior. No blocking findings.

Frozen installs for all consumers, starter/browser-project static checks, starter build, distribution tests, and CLI types/lint/build pass locally. Browser execution is covered by the green required CI gate. Existing CLI installations gain these defaults after the next CLI release.
