The README now leads with the capture-and-replay use case, an 18-second animated walkthrough, and installation from the published wheel. Detailed contracts move to a usage guide; the demo includes a static alternative, transcript, sanitized evidence and renderer.
The walkthrough distinguishes a real local capture and verified nop/oracle controls from unexecuted model-comparison examples. No model rankings or speed claims are introduced. Package metadata is aligned and the source distribution includes the new documentation assets.
Validation: local document links, GIF frames/duration, source and wheel build, distribution checks and documentation secret scan passed. Runtime implementation is unchanged.
