Adds Spanish (
README.es-ES.md) and French (README.fr-FR.md) versions for every tracked README in this repository and adds language navigation to the English files. Markdown heading structure, fenced examples, and link destinations were checked against the English source.Validation: locale structure/link audit and
git diff --check.
