The latest release. aephysics needs no change for it: every module checks clean, and scripts/test.sh passes on Windows, the golden trace bit for bit. CI and the README pin it.

The pin moves to Aether 0.837.0, the latest release (aeb stays at v0.328, also the latest). aephysics needs no code change.
Measured on Windows with 0.837.0: every module checks with no diagnostics, and
scripts/test.shpasses, all 39 tests and the golden trace bit for bit over 1,250 steps. CI runs Linux, Linux with AVX2 and FMA, macOS arm64, and Windows at -O3 and -O0.
