Fuzz on Python 3.14, the newest Atheris has wheels for - #8

Renovate's bump to 3.15 failed the fuzz job: Atheris 3.1.0 only ships wheels for CPython 3.12-3.14, so pip found nothing to install. The version now comes from an env var Renovate doesn't manage; raise it when an Atheris release adds 3.15 wheels.

Renovate's Python 3.15 bump fails the Atheris fuzz job: Atheris 3.1.0 only publishes wheels for CPython 3.12-3.14 (
No matching distribution found for atheris==3.1.0).ATHERIS_PYTHON, which Renovate doesn't manage, so it stops proposing versions Atheris can't install. Raise it when an Atheris release adds 3.15 wheels.
