After the service restarts (e.g. ./install.sh), an already-open dashboard tab has a stale token, so every action got a 403 and silently did nothing.

  • On a 403, refetch the token from the page and retry once (as the menu bar app does)
  • Failed actions now show a toast
  • The refresh loop keeps polling if a refresh fails midway

The service makes a new token each time it starts, so a tab opened before
a restart (./install.sh, a crash, a reboot) got 403 on every action, and
the page ignored the error: buttons and settings did nothing at all.

- On a 403, fetch the page again for the current token and retry once,
as the menu bar app does
- Failed actions show a toast instead of failing silently
- Keep polling if a refresh fails midway (the loop used to stop for good)
