Name the fuzz seed lockfiles *.seed - #4

Seeds called requirements.txt, Cargo.lock, uv.lock and poetry.lock were taken by dependency scanners (osv-scanner, so OpenSSF Scorecard) as this project's own dependencies, and their deliberately old pins reported 16 vulnerabilities. The fuzzer reads the files whatever they're called.
A v1 dependency keyed "" or a v2/v3 key of just "node_modules/" came back as a package with an empty name, which would then be looked up in OSV. Both are skipped; the fuzzer's input is a regression test.

The seed corpus's
requirements.txt/Cargo.lock/uv.lock/poetry.lockwere scanned as pkgdash's own dependencies (16 bogus vulnerabilities in Scorecard). Renamed to*.seed; osv-scanner now finds only the realtests/requirements-fuzz.txt, with no issues.
