PR #5 removed the os import from interface.py, so the os.path.isfile call would raise NameError. The report success test now supplies real current and previous-session logs, and a separate test covers missing logs.

Open an existing readme.html through exact-locale, base-language and root fallback. An incomplete localized directory no longer prevents a valid fallback document. Use pathlib's file URI encoding for spaces, Unicode and reserved characters, and display a translated warning when no document exists.
Preserves the existing frozen and source directory layouts. Adds no remote fallback or configuration option.
Uses the shared CI and controlled-test infrastructure already integrated into master. Adds three focused tests with real temporary files and a controlled browser boundary; PR CI runs tests and package build. Frozen-product inclusion and real browser launch are not established here.
