Limit retained companion contents, not only concurrent reads.

For a large repository, this list causes every companion to be read into companionContents before object processing starts. The 32-worker limit controls open reads, but the map retains all source contents at once and can exhaust memory. Read companions in bounded object batches, or release each object’s cached contents after processing it.

Update companion loading around companionPaths and companionContents so the

bounded object batches, or release each object’s cached contents immediately
after processing it, while preserving the existing deserialization behavior.

Emit the DOCU companion from generic handlers.

The current deserializer loads {name}.{type}.docu.json into payload.docu. getWithData stores that field on the generic object. The generic serializer has no getExtraFiles hook, and genericToMetadata does not emit docu. A DOCU companion is therefore lost when the imported object is exported.

The base revision did not load DOCU companions through this path. This PR makes the loss reachable by adding DOCU parsing and hydration.

Update the generic handlers registered in the WAVE2_TYPES loop so DOCU data
hydrated into payload.docu is emitted during export. Add a getExtraFiles hook
that reads the generic object’s payload, returns no files when docu is absent,
and otherwise serializes it to the matching .docu.json companion path; preserve
string content as-is and format non-string content as JSON.

Preserve .properties companions during export.

deserialize stores companion contents as raw strings in payload.properties, but the handler serializer emits only sources, metadata, and extra files. No handler converts this payload or calls createPropertiesFiles. An import–export round trip therefore omits the .properties companion files. buildProperties is not called with the wrong type; it is never reached.

Add an export path that parses each companion into TranslationEntry[], preserves its suffix/content type, and emits the files through createPropertiesFiles or an equivalent handler hook.
