Terminology

The Wiki uses several terms that you should be aware of to minimize confusion. This page describes specific terms used throughout the Wiki. Term names are in bold.

An action is anything ProtectionPerms filters. Examples include breaking blocks, hitting zombies, crafting beds, etc.

A player may also refer to a group of players, or an individual player.

A blockID, entityID, or itemID is the internal ID of that block, entity, or item. Press F3 + H ingame to show the id whenever you hover over an item in your inventory.
