Superseded by Usability improvements: refresh, sign-in and helper recovery.

Summary

Refreshing with the Apple data source while signed out showed the raw error:

Unable to update selected Xcode — The operation couldn't be completed. (NetworkError.non200StatusCode(statusCode: 401, data: Optional(60 bytes)))

It now shows an alert explaining that this data source lists releases from your Apple Developer account and needs you to be signed in, with a Login button (or switch the source to Xcode Releases in Settings). Other errors are unchanged.

New strings: Alert.Update.AuthError.Title, Alert.Update.AuthError.Message (English only for now).

Pairs well with the auto-refresh PR, which refreshes automatically after signing in, but doesn't depend on it.

Refreshing with the Apple data source while signed out showed the raw
"NetworkError.non200StatusCode(statusCode: 401...)" error. Show an
alert explaining that this source needs an Apple Developer sign-in,
with a Login button, instead.

Xcode keeps string catalog keys sorted case-insensitively and rewrote
the file on build because the two new keys were out of order.
