Release 0.78.0

Raises the version to 0.78.0 and dates the changelog. Covers #633 to #642 since 0.77.0 (the changelog lists what a user notices: Markdown headings refused on send, profile in follow-up hints, tg's own error reasons, @ kept inside a query term).

Checks

pnpm release:check: every check passed on this branch (version, changelog, docs, lint, typecheck, test, bun, generated files, command lint, test matrix, tree unchanged, package contents, secrets). The docs/commands.md diff since v0.77.0 is empty.

Rules review

Rule 1 holds: the one write-path change (send text parsing, src/telegram/format-markdown.ts:16) only refuses a heading before anything is sent. Rule 3 holds: no connection handling changed. Rule 5 holds: no new log, fixture or document carries a session or credential.

Live smoke

pnpm smoke:live was deferred by the owner's decision (NEED-1572 = A, 2026-10-21). It runs after the release, from the owner's terminal.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Raises the version to 0.78.0 and dates the changelog. Brings the merged pull
requests #633 to #642: send text goes through cli-core's Markdown parser,
tg's own error reasons, the profile in follow-up command hints, the query
fix for an @ inside a term, and the cli-core 0.375.0 and cli-base 0.47.3 pins.

The live smoke (pnpm smoke:live) was deferred by the owner's decision
(NEED-1572) and runs after the release.
