Summary

WordPress 7.1.2 is the current release. readme.txt still declared
Tested up to: 7.1, so this updates it to the exact current version.

Verified there's no actual compatibility gap to fix:

  • PHPStan (level 3, WordPress + WooCommerce stubs): 0 errors
  • PHPCompatibilityWP (testVersion 7.4-): 0 errors
  • Full test suite (php tests/run.php): 196 passed, 0 failed

Test Plan

  • php tests/run.php — 196 passed, 0 failed
  • vendor/bin/phpstan analyse — no errors
  • vendor/bin/phpcs --standard=PHPCompatibilityWP --runtime-set testVersion 7.4- — no errors
  • Activated and deactivated the plugin on a local WordPress install (wp plugin activate/deactivate webdecoy) — no fatals
  • Confirmed readme.txt header block still parses correctly (no stray formatting)

Verified no deprecated-function or PHP-compatibility breakage against
the current WordPress release; this is a readme-only compatibility
declaration update.

Closing — this was just a Tested up to version bump, not a change that needs its own PR.
