C# is new to me, and I've never used the Windows APIs before, parts of this program were AI-assisted to speed up development. There's probably a lot of things that could be written better, but this was mostly a little side project for a friend that I didn't put a lot of effort into. "It works on their machine", but it might require modifications to work on yours.
Tested using a Quectel RM-520NGL PCIe WWAN Module with an exposed AT port.
