docs(readme): add Trendshift badges and Partners section - #1126

Add three Trendshift badges under the tagline (#1 Go repository of the day, #3 Go repository of the week, #3 on GitHub Trending) and a Partners section listing Twigpine, Xiaomi MiMo, Novita AI, Concentrate, and Exa, following the layout used in the OpenClaude README. README_ZH.md gets the same badge row and a matching section. The Novita, Concentrate, and Exa logos are vendored under docs/assets with light and dark variants. The Twigpine and Xiaomi MiMo logos are loaded from their own sites, as OpenClaude does; Twigpine switches to its dark variant under a dark color scheme.
