fix(desktop): embed the project icon in Windows executables

Summary

Use the existing Markdown Viewer artwork for the Windows executable icon instead of the default Neutralino icon.

• Add a PNG conversion of the existing project image, without redesigning it.
• Set applicationIcon for executable packaging and point the window icon at the same PNG.

This is a packaging-only change, independent of the linked-workspace and middle-click features. The browser artwork, runtime version, and application version remain unchanged.

Validation

• Built a Windows review EXE with the project's official pinned Neutralino runtime and normal resource preparation.
• Extracted the EXE icon using the Windows API and verified it shows the project's M artwork.
• The complete diff contains only assets/icon.png and desktop-app/neutralino.config.json.
• Windows EXE icon behavior is verified; macOS/Linux packaging behavior has not been manually verified.
