升级 msg-buffer 到 Calcit 0.17.1 与最新 Respo 生态（alerts 0.10.41、reel 0.6.28、
respo-markdown 0.4.41、respo-ui 0.7.28、Respo 0.16.111、js-ffi 0.1.34，版本 0.0.8）。

• 该应用主要使用第三方 SDK（axios、@google/genai、openai）与 DOM，不在 js-ffi 覆盖范围内。
• 验证：format、--check-only、dynamic-methods、deprecated、quality baseline、7 个 tests、扩展构建。

Upgrade msg-buffer to Calcit 0.17.1 and the latest Respo stack (alerts 0.10.41, reel 0.6.28,
respo-markdown 0.4.41, respo-ui 0.7.28, Respo 0.16.111, js-ffi 0.1.34; version 0.0.8).
