This was annoying to track down. Apparently PreTeXt quietly changed the name of this command (probably for a very good reason) and so it was breaking the build of the print version that used this custom xsl.

Addresses #1056 , following @StevenClontz's suggestion to nest everything in double introductions.
I think HTML looks okay, hence this draft PR. But the print PDF is not building:
I'll have to come back to chase this one down, I think I added in some xrefs from the sample problems to the relevant sections so the print reader would see a page number reference.
