🎯 What: The code health issue addressed was the presence of bulky inline closures within the register_compress flow that contained file system capability checks and error handling logic, cluttering the configuration setup.
💡 Why: Extracting the execution logic into standalone functions improves the readability and maintainability of the StdlibRegistry implementation. The capability checks and arguments parsing are now separated from the registration logic.
✅ Verification: Visually inspected the refactoring changes to ensure capability checks and parameters remained identical. Ran cargo test --workspace --all-targets and cargo check --workspace to confirm no compilation issues or regressions were introduced by the refactor (pre-existing workspace failures are acknowledged).
✨ Result: The register_compress method is now clean and straightforward, mapping string names directly to their corresponding standalone callback functions.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15014799301397441577 started by @Tcode-Motion

Extracted inline closures in the register_compress function for `zip`, `unzip`, `tar`, `untar`, `gzip`, and `gunzip` into standalone functions (`compress_zip`, etc.). Added `RuntimeContext` import and wired the standalone functions back into the module exports.
