Mutable warm requests now validate mtime/size by default and keep cached OPcache code; content hashing remains explicit. Legacy group-writable cache artifacts are isolated in a private generation.
Validated: full PHP 8.5 QA (71 tests, 351 assertions), poisoned legacy-cache upgrade regression, and before/after HTTP benchmark.
