Adds batch convert support to Fix encoding errors. This uses the plugin batch contract from SubtitleEdit/subtitleedit#16036.

  • plugin.json: "batch": true.
  • batch request: no UI. Every broken line is fixed using the saved code page (Auto-detect per file by default), with the same false-fix guards as the window. A file with nothing to fix returns ok without a subtitle.
  • configure request: a code-page-only window; OK returns only the settings.
  • Plugin-Shared: the same headless batch dispatch commit as the ArteCheck PR (identical change).
  • README: new Batch convert section.

Tests: BatchModeTests (4 tests); 47 tests pass.

Not tested inside real SE yet; needs SE with #16036.

PluginBootstrap.Run takes an optional batch handler; a "batch" request
(Subtitle Edit Batch convert) is answered without starting Avalonia.
