Summary
scripts/quickstart.sh: zero -> validated COTS in one command. Obtains a seed COTS (raw.githubusercontent fetch from reference-implementation, fallback to the bundledexamples/legal-summarization.cots.json), runsvalidate(PASS), printsinspect/cite, and renders the COTS Explorer page.Verification
npm test: 24/24 pass (new quickstart test included).bash scripts/quickstart.sh /tmp/xcompletes all four steps and emits seed.cots.json + seed.cots.explorer.html.Advancement Plan Phase 5 item: adopter quickstart.
