Summary
se-trace recursivesubcommand (RFC-0002): walks every evidence chain, prints the declaredchain_terminationpolicy (andmax_levelsfor bounded recursion), and surfaces eachmodel-generatedevidence item with its claim and source. Clean chains report "all chains terminate at their declared sources"; a model-generated item under the terminal (or default) policy exits 1 with an explicit policy-violation messageSourceType,ChainTermination) tosrc/cots.tsVerification
