[Seb-GRAF]

Problem

SketchyBar, AeroSpace and yabai users install those tools with Homebrew, but StableBar is only a DMG on the releases page. Fixes #77.

Changes

• Release job. After the update feed, a stable release clones Seb-GRAF/homebrew-tap, sets the stablebar cask's version and sha256 from .next-version and dist/StableBar.dmg, and pushes. It uses a new secret, HOMEBREW_TAP_TOKEN: a fine-grained token scoped to Seb-GRAF/homebrew-tap only, with Contents: Read and write. Betas don't touch the tap.
• README and Getting started. Both give brew install --cask seb-graf/tap/stablebar.
• CONTRIBUTING.md. The release section names the tap and the secret.

Before the next stable release:

1. Create the public repository Seb-GRAF/homebrew-tap with Casks/stablebar.rb (version 0.8.0, auto_updates true, Apple silicon, macOS 14+, notarized DMG) and a short README. Both are ready locally for review.
2. Add the HOMEBREW_TAP_TOKEN secret to this repository.

Without them, the new step fails at the end of the release job, after the GitHub release and the update feed are already published.

Testing

• brew style on the cask: no offenses.
• Tapped the cask from a local directory under a throwaway name and ran brew audit --cask --strict --online: no problems, including the download, the SHA-256 of the v0.8.0 DMG and the signature check. Then untapped it. I didn't run brew install.
• Ran the step's sed command on a copy of the cask: it changes only the version and sha256 lines.
• The workflow step itself can't run until the tap and secret exist; it runs on the next stable release.

Merging

A single commit; any merge method works.
