npm publish from main failed with the following error message:

You must do one of the following:

- configure the author for your package manager (ex: set "author" in package.json)
- Set "name" and "email in your .autorc 

I've opted for adding an author field to package.json. We don't have a good email address for just "us" (Digital Services? Engineering? Delivery?) so I'm using noreply@sf.gov.

The plan here is to merge and see if it succeeds. If it does, we'll have release notes and a published version to put in the default theme. If it doesn't, we'll try again!
