Officer impact: Test-only annual dues and automatic payer activation are source prepared. No new officer membership-approval queue. Dues checkout remains NOT AVAILABLE YET until the club sandbox and separate isolated Function/webhook/Hosting release are qualified; real payments/family invitation enrollment/policy approval are separate. Officer documentation: docs/officers/TEST_DUES.md, MEMBER_SCREEN.md, README.md, SYSTEM_MAPS.md and OFFICER_START_HERE.md, plus authoritative root checkpoints and docs/TEST_DUES_ENGINEERING.md. The no-terminal walkthrough leaves provider/release/fixtures/recovery with the specialist. This PR supplies no dues provider/Function/webhook/Hosting publication or real-payment/production change. A verified fictional account can prepare one saved annual test-dues purchase and become a current test member automatically after verified Stripe test payment. Prices are server-owned ($25 individual/$30 family, LA calendar year); no second officer approval, subscription or live-payment path is introduced.
The isolated, disabled entrypoint verifies native identity/App Check, a private current synthetic participant marker, exact sandbox/account/payment/amount/term binding and signed webhook input. Persistence precedes Checkout creation; exact retries reuse saved parameters and a bounded idempotency horizon. Verified payment commits term evidence, payer authority and a private family root atomically; conflicting/lapsed/reversed state is retained for reconciliation. Family invitations are a separate outcome.

Tracks #742. Keep #742 open for separately connected provider and hosted acceptance. No sealed #731 fixture/harness reuse.
Final recovery regressions also reject revoked participant reconciliation before provider/rate, malformed refund counters, and Checkout URLs for another Session. Four failing regressions demonstrated the gaps before the fixes; whole backend passes afterward. The earlier max-review compaction attempt supplied no approval; a fresh bounded genuine Opus5.5 medium review applies to the final exact head.
The full prior head7bbcebd received genuine Opus5.5medium APPROVE and exact six-job CI. Final UI polish exposes the next calendar year, removes unbound payment-check controls, and adds an old-year reversal/later-term regression. A fresh exact-final-head delta review and CI are required; prior approval is not silently reused. Expired Sessions with a failed-card PaymentIntent remain conservatively locked for specialist reconciliation, as documented.
