Keep member navigation in page and record native staging proof - #741
Actual signed-in staging screenshots showed the member-page navigation inheriting the global fixed blue header styles, covering the main club navigation. Keep its accessible navigation landmark inside the page with a semantic role on the existing styled container. A regression test reproduces the global nav-selector collision and now passes; no global header styles or backend behavior change.
Officer impact: member links remain below the introduction and the main club navigation stays usable. Native membership behavior is already staging-verified; the navigation correction still requires matching Hosting publication and final visual proof.
Officer documentation: OFFICER_START_HERE.md; docs/officers/MEMBER_SCREEN.md; README; root status/scope notes. Dated source-only statements are updated with the actual staging checkpoint and remaining visual correction.
Deployment evidence: prior source799565e is Functionv7 with matching downloaded101536-byte archive461754c...; all62 Hosting files and four deep routes match. Ten genuine native Auth/AppCheck/member/lost-response/expiry/cancellation checks passed; all fresh fictional fixtures were cleaned. This new markup correction is not yet published. No production, Stripe, policy, IAM or permission change.
Validation: reproduced red CSS collision (1fail/27pass), then full frontend1499/1499; lint passes with unchanged baseline. Native proof is separate from local doubles. Existing Function bundle is unchanged, so the release can reuse v7 without another backend build. Refs#739; keep it open until final Hosting/visual acceptance.
