Polish member/free-event screen and expire stale status

The member/free-event screen could keep displaying active membership and open signup after a known deadline, and an old same-UID sign-in session could complete into the current screen. This change fences observed native sessions, validates bounded status/acknowledgements, and removes old state at deadlines or after at most60 seconds without polling. A responsive layout makes membership, event times in Pacific time, consent, loading and recovery clearer.

Backend status adds schemaVersion/observedAtMs; deploy the compatible backend before the frontend. Persisted records, Rules, permissions, prices and providers do not change. Online dues/family enrollment and policy/live-money activation remain separate; this staging screen labels those unavailable.

Officer impact: clearer member status and safer signup/cancellation/retry behavior; not available on the hosted site yet.

Deployment evidence: source/local only. Website not published; Firebase and outside providers not changed; production not verified.

Validation: full frontend1496 pass; final focused56 pass; backend7978 pass/82 emulator skips; both lint gates pass; optimized synthetic build and artifact verification;193 full workflow/release checks; actual component phone/desktop browser checks with synthetic service/Auth doubles, zero external requests and no page errors. Hosted CI must independently qualify native emulator jobs. Lint baseline only inventories two clean files; legacy findings unchanged.

The first CI caught the separate131-file inventory pin; the amended head pins133 files and additionally asserts all six changed member screen/parser files have zero baseline lint findings. Its fresh exact-head CI and Opus5.5 review are required.

Owner-delegated code approval for exact head 7f8d804e6a755011d07c19f349c441b332eb3134 (base c12445c4ad967b1c3f45e54c178a57c2655f868d). Dave explicitly authorized automatic approval when Opus5.5 medium/max approves the code review and exact CI is green.

Native Claude CLI ran claude-opus-5-5 with explicit --effort medium, Read/Grep/Glob only, no fallback/MCP/edits/provider actions. Final success/is_error=false, modelUsage only claude-opus-5-5 and no permission denials. It explicitly APPROVED this full head after actual source/diff reads. The model cannot introspect its effort; the invocation and manifest supply that evidence. Earlier stopped/interrupted attempts supplied no approval.

All21changed-file hashes were rechecked. Exact-head CI38986750487: all six jobs and every step success. The Netlify preview also passes; source/local/CI proof is not native staging or production deployment. Reviewer ran no tests itself and correctly retained that limit; root independently bound native CI.

This receipt authorizes the existing administrator review-gate override under Dave's delegation, not a GitHub APPROVED reviewer identity. No branch protection change, fabricated review or new bot/workflow. Policy, real-money and protected release remain separate.
