The Pictures section now points to the gallery's
cast/medialink_tv.py, which watches a medialink camera on a Roku TV or Windows Wireless Display, with its sound. The section also gives the camera-side settings an ESP32-P4 watcher needs (RATE 24000, FPS 5) and the reason for them. The roadmap bullet for streaming a camera to a TV comes off, because that is now done.Merge after PyDevices/gallery#4: until then, the link to
medialink_tv.pydoesn't resolve.
